SHIPPING & DELIVERY
You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.
If you have not received an email with a tracking number please check your spam email. If no email received then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.
ONCE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FOR ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ALL CLAIMS MUST BE TAKEN UP DIRECTLY WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER

It can take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will ship via USPS or UPS depending on your choice. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

REFUND POLICY
Our return policy states we have a strict NO-REFUND policy. Once a product is placed for and order there is no refunds unless told otherwise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. And If 10 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange for new product.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
ALL CUSTOM PRODUCTS HAVE A ZERO RETURN POLICY. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL
For pre made product, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@printpire.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Items that arrive broken or stop functioning within the first 30 days of usage will be replaced for free.
- To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your replacement, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
- We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns for any sale items.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Customers should have 7 days from receiving product to report any issues with order or defects.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our warehouse or office.
- We have the right to refuse your return if we felt the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.
- We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
-Wardrobing: An irregular or excessive return history.
-An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed so please check all your details including address and size before completing your order.
- We do not accept exchanges and only provide refunds for all returns.
- We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.
DTG PRINTING
Yes, full payment is required before we can start the production process.
The production time for samples is approximately 7-10 days.
For bulk orders, the production time is approximately 10-14 days.
While we strive to meet our estimates, production times may vary. Unforeseen mechanical or supply issues could occur, affecting the schedule.
No, we do not alter, fix, or edit any artwork submitted. Please ensure your artwork is accurate before submission.
All artwork should be sized according to your requested print size to avoid any issues during production.
We are not liable for sizing inaccuracies caused by incorrect artwork sizing. Please ensure your artwork is correctly sized before submitting.
Yes, it is recommended to place a sample order if you have any doubts or uncertainties about your artwork before proceeding with a bulk order.
Once orders are shipped, any missing or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined above. Any fraudulent activity or chargebacks will be pursued legally.
DTF TRANSFERS
- We recommend using PNG (without background), JPG (with background), PDF, or PSD formats.
- All raster files must have a resolution of 300 dpi for optimal print quality.
- Please ensure that the artwork is submitted without any background.
- Vector Artwork: For the best print results, use vector artwork files whenever possible.
- All artwork will be printed in CMYK. If submitted in RGB, colors may appear different due to conversion. The final look will be shown in your proof.
- We accept Pantone colors with some exceptions.
- Artwork cannot include effects like glow, drop shadow, neon colors, or glitter.
- Ganged artwork is accepted, but it must fit within the selected sheet size.
- We do not permit the use of copyrighted material, and orders violating this will be canceled.
- Prior to printing, some DTF Transfers orders may require customer approval via email, with one of our Graphic Designers, for any clarifications needed.
- Our average production time for DTF Transfers is 3-5 business days. During peak periods, please anticipate a turnaround time of 4-7 business days.
- Once your DTF Transfers order is completed, we will ship it via UPS with 1-4 day shipping, based on your state location.
- Please ensure to submit your artwork by 9 am ET to meet our cutoff time for timely processing.
- All sales are FINAL as our products are custom-made. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
- In the rare event that your prints are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery for a revision. If the error is on our end, we will gladly reprint or reship your order at no additional cost to you. However, please ensure that you provide the correct address during checkout to avoid any issues with shipping. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for shipping again to have your order reshipped.
- Please Note:
Low-quality or incorrect submission files are not eligible for reprint. If you encounter such issues, you will need to place a new order and submit the correct files.
- We offer fast and reliable shipping for all DTG Transfers orders. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via UPS with delivery times ranging from 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Rest assured, your transfers will reach you promptly and in excellent condition.
- Recommended Heat Press: For the best results, we advise against using the Circut Easy Press or manual hand heat press. These may not provide the necessary pressure for successful transfers.
- Garment Color Specification: To ensure a perfect transfer for your garment, kindly inform us about its color. Incorrect information can lead to undesirable outcomes in the final result.
- Custom Order Policy: Please note that DTF Transfers are custom-made products, and as such, they are non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Pricing Discounts: Our pricing discounts apply to each individual job/artwork. We're delighted to offer competitive pricing for your personalized orders.

The timeline for completing a design project depends on various factors such as the size of the project, the number of revisions required, and the client's response time. We work closely with our clients to establish realistic timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Absolutely! We encourage clients to share their ideas, concepts, or personal images for the design. Our skilled team of designers can bring your vision to life or incorporate your artwork seamlessly into the project. Additionally, if you prefer, we can also source high-quality stock images that align with your design concept. Rest assured, we take copyright regulations seriously and ensure that all images used are compliant with copyright laws
Yes, we encourage client feedback and offer a certain number of revisions as part of our design services. We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the final result.
Upon completion, we provide our clients with the final design files in commonly used formats such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, and AI. We ensure that the files are compatible with various platforms and can be easily accessed and used.

PRIVACY POLICY
When you visit Printpire, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
